3 WEEKS TO 3.1 MILES

ADVENT HEALTH LADY TRACK SHACK 5K

TRAINING BEGINS JANUARY 6, 2022

RACE DATE: Thursday, January 29, 2022

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 10 training sessions including group runs, strength training, mobility and stretch & rolling You will also be provided a sample meal plan for balanced eating, invitation to a Facebook group to help keep you motivated and race tank top. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: Your run coach will provide motivation, support and will run with you during your race. Your training will be with a small group of 5-10 runners with the same race goal as yourself. You will also be able invited to join a closed Facebook Group for sharing run information, group motivation and group support through your training.

WHAT IS REQUIRED: No prior 5k or 10k experience is necessary, but you should be able to walk 2 miles and run or jog for 2 minutes without stopping. We will get your the rest of the way!

RACE TRAINING PRICE $189

Please note,  Race entry to the race is not included.  You must sign yourself up and pay for the race HERE. We strongly recommend having a good fitting pair of running shoes.  We recommend going to Track Shack and get fitted for a running shoe best for your feet.  Poor fitting shoes will lead to injuries.

WINTER PARK ROAD RACE

TRAINING BEGINS JANUARY 6, 2022

RACE DATE: Saturday, March 12, 2022
