Our MissioN


Mighty Girls Fitness specializes in providing females with multiple modalities, ages 8 through 55+, group training, individual training and running programs. Throughout all our programs, we support and encourage women of all ages to live their best and healthiest lives.

WHAT WE OFFER


GROUP TRAINING - There is nothing more supportive and encouraging than family and friends! We offer groups of 3 to 5 individuals specialized training to build strength and endurance, hold accountability and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING - Whether you are new at working out or looking for more encouragement and support, our individual training sessions include building and maintaining muscle strength, bursts of cardio movements to get your heart rate pumping, improve mobility and work on targeted areas that need improvement.

RUNNING PROGRAM - Whether you are a running for the first time or getting back out there, join us in a Mighty Runner program. Each program includes training and races accompanied by a certified run coach. Visit our Mighty Runner page for more information.
